The walk on the 7th is fairly routine, over ground I am sure you have done before and so in an effort to make it more interesting I am including a 'loop' for faster walkers. I first introduced the concept of the loop in walks I led for LDWA: results were mixed!  If I have miscalculated the tide times this might also cause some excitement.

The further good news, I think, is that sausage rolls have been added to the après walk refreshments of scones and tea served at the delightful Chez Atkinson. Mrs Grimwood's sausage rolls are guaranteed to make a man of you, which,admittedly, is rather worrying news if you happen to be a woman.
