PRE-WALK INFO: (If supplied) Walk leader's description of start point/general information about route.

My walk on Sunday 17th January is from North Cliff Country Park, Filey. The distance is 10 miles, but this is not a strenuous walk and has little climbing; the route goes across to Hunmanby, then Muston to Gristhorpe and thence to the cliffs for the return to the car park. I am hoping that some of our members who prefer shorter walks may choose to join us, because it is possible to pick up a path at Muston and return to Filey that way, so shortening the ramble. Please note, I have not checked that particular path, but it is not difficult to go back to Filey from Muston whichever route one chooses! In any event, those doing the full walk will have a delightful stretch of cliff path to enjoy, with spectacular views up and down the coast, weather permitting!

There is plenty of parking space at North Cliff and at this time of year it is free!
