May 26. National Park Working Party at Newholm

The task involved clearing growth over two paths at Newholm. There was lots of overhead growth as well as upgrowth. Part of the route featured a very slippy monk's trod. Hopefully by clearing the overhanging branches and letting light in, the stones will dry out and become less slippy. Bernie, Jim and Bob spent a lot of time upto their armpits in a blocked culvert!
