January 24,Working Party at Aislaby, led by Les Atkinson

Five group members joined National Park Ranger Bethany Ghest at Aislaby. Our task was to clear a bridleway running down from Aislaby to St Oswalds of overgrowth on the sides and overhead. Unfortunately the bridleway was too narrow to get a tractor and flail down , so it was a task for for pruners and saws. A good start was made but completion will need a second visit
