Five members joined ranger Beth and two apprentices, Ashley and Henry for the task, which proved to be physically demanding (understatement).

Rotten old gateposts had to be removed and replaced. Unfortunately, whoever had initially erected said posts had set them in blocks of concrete!!

We also reinstated the legal line of a  footpath route as it had become diverted to a very slippery alternative as the legal line was blocked with fallen trees etc. So more hard work involved. We also constructed a revetment with stones and in filled where a path was very slippery.
