Sunday January 11, Robin Hoods Bay , led by Phil Trafford

Six members braved the horrendous road conditions to meet at Robin Hoods Bay. Two wisely decided not to set off on the planned ramble. The four that did found the conditions (driving sleet and gale force winds) very unpleasant and decided to cut the planned 6 mile route to 3, which was actually about 2.5 miles too much!!!

Supplementary information: Park in Station Car Park ( no charges in winter months), and meet near the entrance. We'll walk North on the Cleveland Way to Hawsker and return on inland paths. Stunning views.

We'll have a coffee break and a lunch stop before returning to the start about 1.00PM. Toilets in the car park and plenty of refreshment opportunities nearby
